Town Clerk / Tax Collector's hours of operation for the week of Monday 10/12 to Friday 10/16:

Mon 10/12: - Closed (Columbus Day Holiday)

Tue 10/13: - Open 11:00 am to 6:00 pm

Wed 10/14: - Closed

Thu 10-15: - Closed

Fri 10-16: - Closed (Usually Closed on Fridays)

The Alstead Cemetery Commission has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, October 14th, at the Town Offices. The meeting will begin at either 6:30 pm or 5 minutes after the conclusion of the Alstead Selectboard meeting, which begins at 5:00 pm.

Blood drive at the Vilas Middle School on Thursday, October 15th, 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Click here for details.

The Alstead Supervisors of the Checklist will be in session to register new voters and make corrections to the Checklist on Tuesday Oct 27th at the Town Offices located at 15 Mechanic Street. TIME: 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Call (603) 835-6127 if you have questions.

Town Property Public Auction Saturday November 7th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Town Hall.

Alstead / Langdon Transfer Station FYI: The hours of operation are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays unless otherwise posted. Please arrive by 3:45 pm because the gate will be locked precisely at 4:00 pm. No stragglers allowed!

Vilas Pool Park FYI: Thank you for your support during last summer's closure! We hope to see you all next summer!

Burn Permits FYI: Burn permits are required for open fires on your Alstead property. Burn permit information is on the Alstead Fire Department web page.

Land Clerk FYI: Building permits, Intent to Cuts, Exemptions, Current Use, Abatement info, Subdivision Plans, Updates to Tax Cards & Deeds, and Lot Line Adjustments are now being handled by the Land Clerk, Sharon Iozzo.
