Registering to Vote in NH

 

You may register to vote at the Town Clerk’s Office during normal business hours. Julie Bacon, 603-835-2242

 

Any other questions regarding voter registration or absentee ballots may be found on the Secretary of State's website​ here.  This includes dates of upcoming elections, as well as information about registering to vote, requesting an absentee ballot, and tracking your absentee ballot.

Where to vote

Voting in Alstead takes place at the Alstead Town Hall, 9 Main Street.  Polling hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

 

Absentee Registration

 

Absentee voting is possible by requesting an application from the Alstead Town Clerk, either in person during business hours or by mail at:

If your party affiliation is Undeclared and you are requesting an absentee ballot for a partisan election, please be sure to indicate whether you want a Republican or Democratic ballot. If you are affiliated with a party, you will be mailed the party ballot. If you are not sure, check at this website:  voter information lookup
