Town documents are stored on the server for you to retrieve, in either .doc or .pdf format.

For documents in the .doc format, you will need an editor or viewer that can read those documents - for example, Microsoft Word or Open Office. 

For documents in .pdf format, you will need a version of Adobe Reader.

What you will see is a list of Document Types; when you select a Document Type you will see a list of all the documents of that type.
